Refund policy

Exchange
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your Circle3.nyc purchase(s). If you are not satisfied with a sneaker made in Spain, you may RETURN or EXCHANGE any UNUSED product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. For sneakers made in New York City, you may EXCHANGE any UNUSED product within ten (10) days from the date of delivery. Returns are not accepted for NYC-made sneakers.

Before sending any product back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.
The product you wish to return or exchange:

can be sent back to us only after you have completed and submitted an exchange request by email to info@circle3.nyc within ten (10) days of delivery; by completing and submitting the exchange request email, you will receive your Request Authorization Number via reply email as confirmation.
must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition in which it was received by you;
must be sent complete with all of its parts and accessories;
must be sent in its original packaging;
must be shipped back to our fulfillment house within ten (10) days of the date of issuance of the Exchange Authorization Number;
must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned at the same time.
For sneakers made in Spain:

If all of the above conditions are satisfied, you have two options: 1) a refund minus any original shipping costs; or 2) an exchange in which the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs, is applied to your purchase of exchange merchandise. We will not authorize returns or exchanges for any return/exchange shipments that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. In such cases, we will notify you by email that your return/exchange merchandise does not satisfy the conditions above. Within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to a return or exchange, you will have the option to request that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by our fulfillment house.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize us, and any of our affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as we see fit.

For sneakers made in NYC:
If all of the above conditions are satisfied, we will apply the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs, to your purchase of exchange merchandise. We will not authorize exchanges for any exchange shipments that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. In such cases, we will notify you by email that your exchange merchandise does not satisfy the conditions above. Within thirty (30) days of being notified that you are not entitled to an exchange, you will have the option to request that your merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received by our fulfillment house.
If you do not request the return of your merchandise within said thirty-day period, you authorize us, and any of our affiliates or agents, to dispose of such merchandise as we see fit.

Sales of circle3.nyc footwear are final, subject to the above-mentioned terms.

Credit Policy
In the case where a customer exchanges an item for another of lesser value, or returns a Spain-made product which qualifies for a refund, we will issue a credit for any balance remaining after adjustment for shipping costs. Credits are processed within approximately ten (10) business days of our shipment of your exchange merchandise. The balance will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the US Site. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment. If you paid by PayPal (where available), credit to your PayPal account will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products which you ship for exchange.
